Live radio, real conventions
Push-to-talk on any device. Every transmission is transcribed and checked against your department's radio conventions, with an AI dispatcher when nobody is playing Dispatch.
Northpoint Dynamics builds realistic training for the people who answer the call. Our simulation, ConditionZero, puts your crews on live radio traffic, real streets and evolving scenes - right in the browser.
Push-to-talk on any device. Every transmission is transcribed and checked against your department's radio conventions, with an AI dispatcher when nobody is playing Dispatch.
Units drive real roads to the address. Build the call in minutes - building, conditions, events - and change it live while crews work the scene.
End the scenario and an After Action Review is drafted from the call record: what was planned, what happened, why, and what to do next time.
ConditionZero is our training simulation for fire, law enforcement and EMS. Each module trains a different side of the radio - starting with Fireground.

Northpoint Dynamics makes training simulations for public safety. We started with the fireground because that is where the radio matters most - and where good training is hardest to set up.
Our goal is simple: let any instructor run a realistic call in minutes, with crews on real radios and real streets, and come out the other side with a review that makes the next call better.
ConditionZero is our dispatch and radio training simulation. Fireground is its first module, for fire crews; LE Dispatch and EMT Dispatch are on the way.

A web browser and an internet connection. A headset with a microphone is best for radio traffic, especially when several people are in one room.

Yes. Instructors can upload their own scene photos, and admins can set the organization's wording (for example Tender or Tanker) and which command benchmarks are used.
When the instructor ends the scenario, an After Action Review is drafted from the call record. The instructor can edit it and share it with the trainees.
Instructor accounts are set up by your organization's admin. To bring ConditionZero to your department, get in touch on the Contact tab.
